Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Designline Graphics’ relationship with you in relation to this website.

The term “Designline Graphics” or “us” or “we” or “our” refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 1863 Whitney Mesa Dr., Henderson, NV 89014. The term “you” refers to the user or visitor of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use which may be changed without explicit notice:

General

  1. Credit cards are charged at the time the order is processed.
  2. All Prices are in USD.
  3. The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
  4. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  5. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
  6. This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
  7. Unauthorized use of this website may give to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
  8. From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).
  9. Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of the state of Nevada.
  10. All stated quantities may be subject to a +/- 5% printing variance.
  11. If an order is short more than 5%, we will provide a discount on a case by case basis without reprinting the shortage
  12. Because we are continually updating our products, actual products may be different than samples received in a sample kit.
  13. Due to our printing process colors on reorders may not match exactly the colors of the previous orders.
  14. All products will be printed based on the digital proof that is approved by you only.
  15. For any Returns, refunds or reprint requests we must be notified immediately. These requests will only be honored within 30 days of the order being received.
  16. Promotional codes MUST be entered at the time of the order. If there is no promotional code associated with an order, then it will be charged for the full amount.
  17. Promotional codes may not be used on custom jobs including custom sizes, materials, quantities, or quotes.
  18. Promotional code use is up to the discretion of management on a per-order basis.
  19. By submitting your order for print, you agree that any and all files, artwork, creations, designs, ideas and concepts created physically or digitally may be used for marketing purposes such as video, photography, advertising and any other medium that DGI sees fit.

Production Times

  1. All production times listed on this website are our best estimate.
  2. Delays, while rare, may occur due to, but not limited, to the following reasons: equipment malfunction, internet outages, power outages, supplier delays, file problems, computer glitches, etc.
  3. We will not guarantee production shipping times to meet a deadline unless specifically requested by the customer who will then be verified by one of our representatives in writing.
  4. The estimated production time starts when your order is verified, files are deemed usable, and begins printing.
  5. The estimated production time does not start when you submit your order.

Shipping

  1. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  2. We will not give refunds for lost, damaged, or late packages.
  3. If your package is lost or late, we will file the necessary claim with our shipping company and re-print your order if necessary.
  4. If your package is damage beyond use, we will file the necessary claim our shipping company and re-print your order if necessary.
  5. All shipping times are our best estimate.
  6. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
  7. Shipping delays may occur because of, but not limited to, the following reasons: weather delays, transit accidents, data errors, customs, vehicle malfunctions, etc.
  8. We do not guarantee any shipping times.
  9. Import duties, taxes and custom charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns

  1. You must contact us to receive an RMA number prior to returning your product.
  2. We do not accept unauthorized returns.
  3. Acceptable reasons for returns explicitly are: damaged product, product is no longer useable due to missing a mutually agreed upon deadline, received the wrong product, product has errors or missing elements.
  4. A return does not mean you will receive a refund.
  5. If you are seeking a refund or a re-print you must return your entire order to us.
  6. The RMA number must be written visibly on the outside of the package use to return the order.
  7. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We will not reimburse any return shipping charges incurred.

Refunds

  1. Refunds are issued within 30 days of their approval.
  2. Any refunds over $200 will be issued via a company check and mailed to your billing address.
  3. If your product is returned within 30 calendar days of receiving it, and it meets our conditions for a refund, you will receive a refund as agreed upon.
  4. Refunds are not given for products in the customer’s possession greater than 30 calendar days.
  5. To qualify for a refund one, or more, of the following conditions must be met: product is no longer useable due to missing a mutually agreed upon deadline, problems with the order were not fixed by file adjustments or reprints, customer is not overall satisfied with the printed quality of the product.
  6. Any orders which required design assistance will be refunded 50% of the total amount charged for the order.
  7. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We will not reimburse any return shipping charges incurred.

Reprints

  1. A scanned image, photograph, or mailed sample showing defect must be sent in order to receive a re-print of your order.
  2. Your entire order, or the entire affected portion of the order, must be returned before we will reprint it.
  3. An order must be deemed, by a member of our staff, damaged, erroneous, or unusable to be reprinted.
  4. We may reprint your order only where extreme cases of color shifting cause the product to be deemed by us unusable.
  5. If an error with an order is deemed our fault then we will reprint that order right away using the original file provided.
  6. If new files must be provided, a new order must be created and billed to the customer.
  7. If an error with an order is deemed the fault of the customer, a new order may be placed at a discounted price.

Cancellations

  1. If the order is cancelled after it has been processed, 20% of the cost of the order will be billed for work completed (such as proofing, etc.)
  2. Due to the custom nature of the products ordered, if an order is processed and has begun printing, it may not be canceled.
  3. If an order has been printed, pending shipping, and the customer no longer wants the order, paid shipping fees will be refunded.

File Submissions

  1. Orders containing non-ready to print files will be placed on hold until a ready to print file in the correct the file format is submitted.
  2. You must request a proof at the time of placing the order. Proofs cannot be sent after an order has started production.
  3. You may receive a proof, even if you didn’t specifically request one, if we feel it is necessary before starting production.
  4. Colors in a digital proof are not guaranteed to match the finished product
  5. We cannot guarantee that the artwork will look exactly the same on your computer as it does on our equipment or the finished product.
  6. If the order details do not match the details of your submitted file(s) we will adjust the order details to match the file. In some cases this will cause a price change (increase or decrease) without notice.
  7. Please double check, revise, and fix any problems within your files before you submit your order. We are not able to make changes to your files once the order has entered production
  8. Files must be submitted in CMYK color format with no foreign or vendor specific color profiles embedded.
  9. If you submit a file in another color format, we will convert it to CMYK and exert our best effort to match colors.
  10. Color conversions may cause color shifting or files changes.
  11. We do not guarantee our CMYK colors will match the colors seen on your inkjet printer, your computer monitor, another printer, or any other Color Mode you specify.
  12. Files are generally kept on file for 3 years from last order. We attempt to hold on to all files. However, please keep in mind that files can be lost over the years due to many different factors (keeping track of Order Numbers will help and does expedite the process).
  13. By submitting your order for print, you agree that any and all files, artwork, creations, designs, ideas and concepts created physically or digitally may be used for marketing purposes such as video, photography, advertising and any other medium that DGI sees fit.

Proofing/ Layout Service/ High Impact Custom Design

  1. Layout and High Impact Custom Design fees are nonrefundable. Promos and discounts do not apply towards Layout and Design fees.
  2. Proofing/Layout Service — You may make up to 3 revisions for free. Any subsequent revisions will result in a $10 charge per proof.
  3. High Impact Custom Design — You may make up to 5 revisions per design for free. Any subsequent revisions will result in a $10 charge per proof.
  4. High Impact Custom Design — You may request 2 design overhauls. Subsequent designs will result in a $30 charge per design.
  5. The Layout/High Impact custom design fees only pay for the labor that goes into creating the artwork. It does not pay for the copyright of the original artwork itself.
  6. Designline Graphics Inc. retains the copyright of any designs created by its High Impact Custom Design service as well as the Layout Service. Artwork may be released to the customer at an additional payment amount upon mutual agreement.
